PURPOSE:
Fundraiser for student scholarships.
BACKGROUND:
Rosary High School has held this proposed event for the past 17 years and had 110 people participate last year.
DISCUSSION:
Rosary High School is expecting 125 people to participate this year, along with 25 staff/volunteers to help, and is using the same route as last year. Rosary High School is responsible for all costs associated with holding this proposed event.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
City services will be needed from the Aurora Police Department Traffic Control Division.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Please forward to the Government Operations Committee for review/approval.
