RGC Design has done work for the Department of Public Properties in the past including a revised Phillips Park Master Plan in 2014 and the successful OSLAD Grant application for the Mastodon Island project. Their experience in grant projects will be helpful in identifying and obtaining the necessary permits to complete this project. The 2016 budget provides funding for professional services for this project in account number 340-4440-451-32-61.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
The grant project has a completion deadline of October 1, 2018 for the City to receive the matching funds.
